Professor Rachel Lennon is a Wellcome Senior Research Fellow in Clinical Science at the University of Manchester and an Honorary Consultant in Paediatric Nephrology at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. Her academic research focuses on understanding cell adhesion and the extracellular matrix in the glomerulus. Clinically she has a keen interest in Alport syndrome and runs dedicated clinics for patients with this condition at Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
